How can I get updates or new artwork?

Join my Yahoo Group! Its free and there is no obligation to buy. I DO NOT sell, lend out or otherwise distribute my email list. New artwork show announcements, and web site sales are all listed here. Ill be posting new artwork and paintings in progress to my yahoo group. You may cancel at any time, and I will completely remove you from my database.

Can I use your artwork for...?
What are your copyrights?

You may not print off my work to give or sell to others, remove my copyrights, or my name from my images for what ever reason. My work is my lively hood. Please do not steal it. Anything, such as Jewelry, mugs, prints, cross stitch and other products where you are using my work to make a profit is in direct violation of my copyrights, and you WILL be persecuted.

However, if you are using my work for a non-for-profit use, a school project, or a tattoo, that is acceptable, but please acquire written permission from me first. If my work is being used on a NOT FOR PROFT site, I am usually ok with it. Please contact me to double check, and I require that a link back to my main site here is on or near the image. Copying a image and placing it on your site is still considered stealing.

*PSP Tubing and usage for Graphics*

My Images are no longer being carried by MyPSPtubes, I am in the process of looking for another company, but in the mean time, . The only exception will be the Baby Dragons, as those are being used for other projects at the moment. If you would like to know if or when they become available, please join my email list.

How do I Order

Most of the online ordering is done though this site, securely via Paypal. You no longer need a paypal account to order online. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and most bank cards. PLEASE verify that the address sent to me via paypal is the right one.

You may also order using the pdf printable order form. Please following the shipping costs as shown below. I also take credit cards over the phone, but only Visa and MasterCard. Please email me for that contact information. DO NOT sent card numbers over my form, as it is NOT secure.

If you have something more specific in mind contact me via the form on my contact page. Ill send you a invoice via paypal at that time.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I usually keep prints and other products in stock, but I may not have what your looking for. If you need it faster then 3-4 weeks, email me, and we can discuss what can be done. Merchandise is usually shipped with in one week of receiving payment, unless I don't have it in stock.

Lay-Away

I DO offer Lay-away for originals, or on print orders over $150.00. Please Contact me for details. A payment schedule will be set up on a month to month basis, to be paid off in 3, 6 or 12 months. Artwork will be shipped once the total has been paid in full.

Shipping

SHIPPING IS FREE WHEN ORDERED FROM THIS SITE!!!

I ship USPS, priority mail in most cases, unless you have talked to me prior to shipping.

All prints are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve, and backed on acid free board then sandwiched between 2-3 pieces of foam core for protection. If you receive damaged prints please contact me immediately so we may work out a replacement. Originals are always shipped WITHOUT glass due to breakage. The cost of the glass will be removed from you total in originals where glass is used.

At this time I do not offer returns, however, in some cases I will offer an exchange, depending on the circumstances. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK, you must retain packaging. AcrylicDragon Fantasy Art Studio reserves the right to refuse any order or return

Wholesale

I DO offer wholesale to those interested. If your interested in ordering my artwork for retail, please Contact me for the link to my On line catalog. You'll receive a log in name and password. Minimum order required.
